I am guessing if you are reading this then there is some sense that things around you need to change.
It maybe that you have no idea what that is but with a little help, care and nurture it is my belief that together we may be able to work it out. Perhaps you just need someone to talk to, someone to share those thoughts & feelings that can often get stuck inside and go round and round. Or it could be that you know what you want but you need space and support to work out how to get there.
I offer counselling support to adults and young people age 14 up. As an Integrative Counsellor I work from a Person Centred Perspective. Some of the issues brought to counselling may include:-
